It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the part ordered is suitable for their equipment before purchase. If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order.
4. Pricing
All prices shown on our website are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery & packaging charges are calculated during checkout and shown before payment is completed.
5. Delivery
Delivery times provided are estimates only.
We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns
Consumer Returns (Change of Mind)
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Returned items must:
- be unused
- be in their original condition
- be returned with original packaging where possible
Unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.
Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
Incorrect or Faulty Goods
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Where appropriate, we will offer:
- a replacement
- a repair (where applicable)

We may request photographs or ask that the item be returned for inspection before processing your claim.
7. Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, all spare parts supplied by us are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers defects in the supplied part only.
The warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear
- accidental damage
- misuse or abuse
- incorrect installation
- improper maintenance
- modifications made after purchase
- use outside the manufacturer’s intended application
If a warranty claim is accepted, we will, at our discretion:
- repair the part;
- replace the part; or
- refund the purchase price.
8. Installation and Liability
Our products are supplied as replacement spare parts only.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that parts are correctly fitted by a suitably qualified and competent person.
We accept no responsibility or liability for:
- incorrect installation or fitting;
- damage caused during installation;
- damage to equipment resulting from incorrect installation;
- damage to part resulting from adjacent parts that are not the correct specification (for example bearings)
- labour costs associated with fitting or removing parts;
- loss of earnings or downtime;
- any consequential or indirect losses arising from installation or use of the product.
Our liability is limited to the replacement, repair or refund of the defective part in accordance with these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or your statutory consumer rights.
9. Compatibility
Although we endeavour to provide accurate compatibility information, customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before ordering.
Where possible, please check part numbers, model numbers and specifications before purchase.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos and product information, remains our property or that of our licensors and may not be copied without permission.
11. Privacy
Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
