Every trainer is tested using our power correlation protocol and Zwift verification if requested.

We'll make sure your trainer arrives back safely. Recalibrated, precise, and ready for your next session.

Yes, free return postage is included on all services. Once your trainer has been serviced, we’ll ship it back to you at no extra cost.
Most services are completed within 2–3 working days of receiving your trainer. We’ll keep you updated by email throughout the process.
We’ll always contact you before carrying out any work beyond the base service. If additional bearings or parts are needed, we’ll let you know the cost and get your approval first.
