Wahoo Kickr Service — From £93

Full service for Kickr Core and Kickr V1–V6. Pre-service diagnostic, full strip-down, flywheel bearings replaced, optical sensor alignment, tension & flywheel pulley reconditioned, freehub regreased, firmware update, calibration and test ride.

Full service for Neo, Neo 2, Neo 2T and Neo 3M. Pre-service diagnostic, full strip-down, thorough cleaning, freehub regreased, firmware update and test ride.

Full service for Flux, Flux S and Flux 2. Includes tension pulley reconditioning, full strip-down and clean, freehub regrease, firmware update, calibration and test ride.

Please note that our shipping service is limited to 30 kg. This covers most trainers but the Kickr Move is over this. We have a work around for this so let us know in the comments box below if you need this. All Kickr Bikes etc. and the like are too heavy and need to be dropped off in person, our workshop is based in Bristol – BS15 4PJ * Shipping is limited to mainland Great Britain only. There may be a surcharge for Highlands and Islands postcodes.

Select your service and shipping choice and complete your booking. We'll send confirmation straight away.

Ship to Us

We'll provide packing instructions with your booking confirmation. Pack your trainer securely and send it to our workshop.

Expert Service

Our experienced technicians diagnose and complete the service and relevant repairs using premium components.

Testing

Every trainer is tested using our power correlation protocol and Zwift verification if requested.

Ride Again

We'll make sure your trainer arrives back safely. Recalibrated, precise, and ready for your next session.

Yes, free return postage is included on all services. Once your trainer has been serviced, we’ll ship it back to you at no extra cost.

Most services are completed within 2–3 working days of receiving your trainer. We’ll keep you updated by email throughout the process.

We’ll always contact you before carrying out any work beyond the base service. If additional bearings or parts are needed, we’ll let you know the cost and get your approval first.
